We have an exciting opportunity for an office administrator to join our small team based in Alexandra on a permanent full-time basis

About the role:

  • Manage client email and phone correspondence
  • Filing
  • Support the sales team including arranging domestic travel
  • Project-based data entry
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required


You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Have a sound level of computer literacy in Excel and Word etc
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Are a problem solver
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Have a pleasant and professional phone manner
