We have an exciting opportunity for a client manager to join our small team based in Alexandra on a full-time basis.

Accelerate offers products and services which add value to Accounting Firms and end clients through technology and expert support.

Accelerate currently offers ACC Refund Reviews, ACC Support on subscription and Income Protection insurance.

About the role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Manage clients’ accounts
• Liaise with our sister company to ensure smooth transition of client data

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your workload
• Have a sound level of computer literacy in Excel and Word etc
• Have a high attention to detail
• Are a problem solver
• Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Have a pleasant and professional phone manner
• Have a sense of humour
