Aged 80 years. Our dearly loved husband, father, father-in law, grandfather, and forever friend entered his eternal rest on 9 January 2026, at Dunstan Hospital.

Les will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and whose lives he touched.

A dearly loved husband to Carol, loved father and father-in-law to Craig and Leanne, Jodie and Stephen, Bruce and Anna, Blair and Anna, Shelley and Rhys.

Much loved grandfather to Rachael, Malachi, William, Emily, Lily, Phoebe, Olly, Ruby, Ben, Sam, Sophie, Joseph, Timothy, Olivia, Fabian, Anneke, Baxter, Ingrid, Archer, Gemma and beautiful baby-to-be.

The family wish to extend their sincere and heartfelt thanks to the specialists at Dunedin Hospital as well as the exceptional staff at Dunstan Hospital for their outstanding care, compassion, and kindness towards Les and his family.

A funeral and celebration service will be held for all those who knew and loved Les in the Cromwell Presbyterian Church, 10 Elspeth Street, Cromwell, at 1:30pm on Friday January 23, 2026.
