We are proud to be Wanaka’s only dedicated butcher supplying quality meats and handmade smallgoods like bacon, ham and salami to our valued local customers.
We embrace the concept of paddock to plate eating wherever possible, sourcing our meats from fully traceable New Zealand suppliers, predominately Central Otago and Otago farms.
Try our locally-farmed beef and lamb – you will taste the quality of these prime steaks, chops, roasts and other favourite cuts of New Zealand grass-fed beef and lamb. If hogget or mutton is more to your taste, we can help there too!
A local supplier provides wild-caught venison from the mountains of Central Otago and Fiordland. Our fantastic pork comes from Otago’s Havoc Farm Pork which is free-farmed under higher welfare principles.
Fresh cage-free chicken comes from New Zealand’s largest and most respected supplier, Tegel. We source premium salmon from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon near Tekapo on a regular basis too.
