The collection at the Teviot District Museum is based on the history of the Teviot Valley, from gold mining and pastoral farming to fruit growing and latterly the Roxburgh Hydro construction, all of which are supported by extensive photographic displays.

There is also an outside display of antique machinery and equipment pertaining to these activities.
