Working alongside her husband, Richard Woerlee, their real estate journey began in Queenstown and Arrowtown, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the multi-award-winning Harcourts Arrowtown office. In 2006, the couple relocated to Christchurch, where they specialized in quality residential and lifestyle properties, consistently ranking in the Top 20 for Harcourts.
