The well-appointed Selah Gallery can be found at the Christian community site of En Hakkore, on the foothills of the Rock and Pillar Range, just 15 km from Ranfurly on tar-sealed road. The gallery primarily features the beautiful watercolour works and photography of Russell Perry. Originals, fine art prints and photographic prints are displayed and are available for sale.

Russell is increasingly cementing his reputation as a leading landscape and floral artist in this region. His work features wonderful handling of light, powerful applications of colour, and a sensitivity for the Central Otago and New Zealand landscape. His work is sought after throughout New Zealand and internationally, with works displayed in Australia, USA, UK and Israel.

Selah Gallery can be found in the Samuel Saltzmann Building at En Hakkore. The site was once a sanatorium, then a youth centre, and for the last 32 years is a vibrant Christian community with a strong restorative mission focused around believers who need to experience peace and God’s gentle touch awhile.

Visitors are welcome. The gallery is not always manned, but there will be someone nearby who can help. A phone number will be on the door for assistance. Parking and toilet facilities are available. Those interested in the historical nature of the place or its current Christian focus may request a site tour.

A range of crafts, giftware, fresh vegetables and delicious home-made jams and chutneys are seasonally available. Picture framing and post/packaging services.

Transactions: on-line direct credit or cash.
