We meet monthly for a dinner to share tasty whole food plant based meals and recipes while learning about the health benefits of eating this way. We welcome the curious and the converted to taste and discover a whole new world of delicious meals.


We want to promote this evidence based way of eating for its many health benefits including the prevention and cure of many of today’s chronic diseases, inflammatory and gut diseases,cancers and obesity. It's a whole new world that’s more fun, exciting and delicious than the current norm too!
