About Us

Melanie offers a unique perspective on hearing healthcare through having hearing loss herself. Her condition first presented while at High School and progressed to profound loss over a decade, leading to her receiving a cochlear implant when she was 24. This personal experience gives her deep empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by those with hearing loss, significantly impacting their lives and those around them. Melanie seized the opportunity to open her own audiology clinic to provide the community with personalised, small-scale, non-corporate hearing care. As your local audiologist, she looks forward to personally assisting you at every appointment, ensuring you receive the best hearing solutions tailored to your needs and budget.

Hearing aids are designed to keep us in the loop, every time. All Kiwis are eligible for some assistance with hearing aids! The cost of your hearing aids includes the devices and a one-year service package with your audiologist. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to devices so we offer a range of options.
