The first weeks at home with your new baby are some of the most precious and memorable ones and the team at Meals for Mums are here to help make your "coming home" an easier and more enjoyable experience. 

Meals for Mums is a free service that is provided by a team of dedicated community volunteers. We supply daily home cooked meals for 3 days (was 5 previously) to new mums.

We not only provide meals to families in the first few weeks after coming home we have many people who come to us a little further down the track who may be experiencing difficulties due to having a baby with reflux, colic or sleep problems. We understand how difficult times can be with a new baby and are here to support families in our community the best way we can. 

Many of the mums who have been a recipient of Meals for Mums later register to become one of our wonderful volunteers. This is fantastic as it helps us ensure that we are able to continue to deliver this valuable community service. 

We are always looking for more volunteers and welcome anyone wanting to join us, Mums, Dads, friends, family - everyone is welcome!
