A loving and loved son of the late Mavis and Alex McEwan (Green Island), and fond Uncle of his nieces and nephews. A great friend of Sue and Peter Dickey and family.

Special thanks to the lovely Ripponburn staff who have cared for Hughie so well over the last 12 months.

A thanksgiving service to celebrate Hughie’s life will be held in Cromwell and Districts Presbyterian Church, 10 Elspeth Street, Cromwell, on Friday, 10 October, at 1p.m.

This will be followed by afternoon tea and refreshments in Cromwell Town and Country Club, 32 Melmore Terrace. - Central Otago Funerals, Alexandra FDANZ
