KACB has been running for 35 years. There are many sites around town that have been planted up, or given a seat and picnic table, or have received a mural, or been cleaned up.

Group meets at 7.30 pm on the 4th Monday of each month except, June, July and January.

Our current projects are:

• The Rail Trail - From the Molyneux sports grounds to the Old Rail Bridge
• Kamaka Walkway - off Kamaka Cres, and Gillaly Way
• The Alexandra Garden - Monument Corner
• Lookout Reserve: just over the Old RailBridge on Little Valley Road
• Shaky Bridge Reserve: just over Shaky Bridge
• Hanging floral baskets - on Centennial Ave
• Picnic tables and seats: latest on Boot Hill
• Litter clean up day - latest along Earnscleugh Road.
• Alexandra signs - plants
• Kōwhai corner - Linger and Die
