The Icloud mental health support group is a completely confidential and non-judgmental group mindfulness session. All welcome.
The spectrum for mental illness is vast and varied and this group welcomes all with acceptance, compassion & complete non-judgment. Mental-emotional challenges may include but are not limited to; stress, anxiety, addictions, alcohol and drug abuse, self-harm, low self-worth, eating disorders, bi-polar, depression, low motivation, unmanageable emotions. Mindfulness strategies are incorporated and taught to participants in support of a sense of stability, safety and self-empowerment.
Our intention is to bring awareness and support to all those who face mental health challenges and to provide a safe and supportive environment to come and connect and share with others; the level of participation is completely up to the individual - it is absolutely acceptable to sit in with the group without verbal contribution. We aim to provide essential mindfulness skills for self-regulation, constructive self-reflection and disentanglement from mental-emotional challenges.
