About us

We are a group of young people from Central Otago and we have money available to fund projects and events for young people, by young people. 

We want to fund projects and events that are:

• Show passion for the community.
• Have the potential for long term benefit.
• Demonstrate that there is buy in from the community.
• Are sustainable and have energy to deliver.
• Provide opportunities for the community.
• Are accessible to the community.

How much can you apply for?

You can apply for a maximum of $5000 for each project.

Who can apply? 

• Anyone under 25 can apply.
• We welcome people of all cultures, abilities, and ethnicities.
• Within the Central Otago or Queenstown-Lakes District Council areas (excluding Queenstown and Arrowtown).
