It wouldn’t be an Easter Weekend in Central Otago without Highlands Famous Easter Egg Hunt!

Every Easter Highlands opens its gates for a free community Easter Egg Hunt.

This year the hunt is going to be on the top Terrace.

There will be two waves of groups - 6 & under and 7 and over.

We ask for you to not bring bags or baskets please so we are able to ensure everyone gets an Easter treat.

Gates will open at 8.30am for a 9.00am Hunt. And of course, the Easter Bunny will be here - with a surprise mode of transport!!

This year we are asking for a gold coin donation, with 100% of the proceeds going to support the Central Otago Resilience Trust.

The Trust was formed to support Central Otago individuals and families struggling as a result of unforeseen medical misfortunes.

Please note, if the weather is bad, please check our Facebook page where we will announce at 7am if the Hunt is not going ahead.

If there is no post, the hunt is happening!

The cafe will be open so make a morning of it this Easter at Highlands.
