The annual King of Cromwell contest is on again. This is an all-out battle of the Sprintcars fought at speeds in excess of 160kph in an attempt to claim the crown.

Also on the programme is the Phoenix Metalman Demolition Derby - be prepared for lots of crash and bash and side-splitting laughter moments as these old cars do anything to be the last car left on the track.
