Unravelling the mysteries behind accidents is not just about finding fault

it's about understanding the human element and supporting your team to learn and move forward. 'Keeping it Human: An Introduction to Accident Investigation' goes beyond traditional methods to explore the intricate interplay of human factors in accidents.

Participants will learn how to avoid the ‘name, blame, shame, and retrain’ and how to peel back the layers of causation and look into everything from organisational culture to the systems for controlling risks.
