Join us for an intimate evening at Monte Christo Winery as we celebrate the 2025 harvest and the first vintage in our brand-new production winery.

Your evening begins with a welcome glass of wine and a selection of seasonal canapés in our historic Cellar Door.

From there, enjoy a guided tour through the new winery before heading into the Underground Cellar for a long-table dinner—four courses created by Chef Sam and paired with a curated selection of Monte Christo Winery wines.

Throughout the night, Winemaker Karl Coombes and Viticulturist Sam Woods will share their thoughts on the season, the wines, and the journey behind this year’s vintage. $195 per person.
