Effective leadership is the ability of a leader to execute the organization’s goals and create a work culture that allows employees to contribute meaningfully to the achievement of their employer's vision.
It is designed to enhance participants with the knowledge and confidence to ensure they continue on the road to successful leadership and management.
If you have recently become a leader, or manager, or are about to be promoted into your first management position. This is also a great course for any leader who has had no formal training.
The course is highly participatory and practical. Participants will be shown the various processes, tools and techniques and then apply them individually or in small group exercises.
