Successfully pairing wine and fromage/cheese is a skill we can all acquire, while also having an extremely enjoyable experience.

The pairing of these two products, both fermented and tasting like the place where they came from, helps to create a classic culinary treat.

At our tasting room you will enjoy two wines, one from our Central Otago vineyard and another from one of our Burgundy, France plots, matched with two fromage/cheeses. 

We have named this our "Two Hemispheres Culinary Tasting".

Offered on a daily basis during Eat.Taste.Central only for a cost of $25pp.
