  • Understanding the benefits of proactive, regular reviews
  • Knowing the importance of role clarity, KPIs, and what defining what “a good job” looks like
  • Know how to run a review process that supports employees to succeed
  • Understand the difference between underperformance and misconduct
  • Know your obligations in managing underperformance
  • Introductory knowledge of managing a Performance Improvement Plan

As part of the course, you will receive templates for effective Job Descriptions, Review Agendas and Performance Improvement Processes.
