Artisan Christmas Market Day - In Conjunction with Summer Outside Markets and Monteiths.

There will be a selection of wineries from the Alexandra Wine Basin, as well as Broken Hive Mead.

They will be conducting wine tasting and selling their beautiful wines and mead. An amazing selection of gourmet foods for sale, mostly from Central Otago, but there will be a few exceptions!!

Plus there will be Christmas themed items to purchase, and products to help you become a professional Christmas baker in your kitchen!!

The Alexandra Pottery Exhibition will still be going. There are some amazing pieces!! Plus its cash and carry- so a good time to get something special.

The Elim Church are also selling some pre-loved art as a fundraiser.

There are some amazing pieces and some great known artists- I’ve had a sneak preview. A really good way to add to your art collection, while not spending top dollar. Worth a look!!!

How well do you think you know your wine?

Each competitor will be given a taste of 4 whites and 4 reds and you will need to categorise them into the type of wine it is- Pinot Noir, Chardonnay etc.

There are limited numbers for competitors, so if you would like to register, please email Paula at Central Stories or register at Monteith’s or Central Stories to become one of the competitors.

The competition will be held twice - 11.20am and 2.50pm. Please specify what time you want as well.

For the Children

Santa will be in the museum and a professional photographer will be taking photos. But your welcome to take you own photo!!

Santa will be there from 10.30am-12pm and then 2-4pm.

There will also be a children’s Christmas hunt in the museum, so lots of fun for the kids too.
