Come Around the World this School Holidays

Grab a passport from Central Stories and complete the 7 activities from the 7 continents around the world.

You will also have to complete the activity down at the Alexandra Library to get your final passport stamp!

Then enter the draw to win!!

But that's not all, Register your child or grandchild in a workshop.

We have two happening during the holidays.

Tuesday 23rd April at 11am:

Have a taste of France - Make a Citron 2CV Pop up Card with Marion Vialade-Worch

Thursday 25th April at 11am:

Experience a bit of Malaysia with Christian Schmidt - Making Malaysian Shadow Puppets

Register for one or both of these workshops by email or give us a call.

We need your child's name and age & your name and phone number to register.

Thursday 18th or Friday 19th April:

Virtually travel around the world at Central Stories with Alexandra library's new VR system.

Times for both days: 12:00pm - 2:00pm & 3:00 - 5:00pm

This can be fun for children and adults alike so come on down and have a virtual experience.

We are bringing out, from our museum collection, dolls in their cultural dress from around the world, these will be on display.

So experience a bit of the world this school holidays at Central Stories.

All activities, workshops & VR is free, although a small donation would be appreciated, if you can.
